The E Rock Foundation is more than just an organization—it’s a reflection of my own journey. As a young woman, I struggled to find my way. I stumbled, I fell, and at times, I felt completely lost. But through every hardship, I learned. Through every setback, I grew. And with each rise, I became stronger—this time with knowledge, self-respect, love, and the kind of healthy boundaries that changed everything.

But I didn’t do it alone. My greatest lessons came through raising and growing with my children—who now stand beside me as the foundation’s leadership. They have seen my struggles, felt my sacrifices, and witnessed my transformation. Together, we have learned, healed, and built something meaningful—a roadmap to success, not just for us, but for the  women who are a part of this tribe.

Our mission is deeply personal: to empower  women and their families by providing the guidance, resources, and financial support that I  hope for all. I want to show them that no matter where they come from, no matter how lost they feel, they have the power to rise. Through mentorship, education, and community-driven programs, The E Rock Foundation stands as a light in the darkness, a hand to hold, and a voice that says:

You are not alone. You are worthy. You are loved.

Helping people and spreading love isn’t just something I do—it’s in my bones. It’s the very reason I’ve dedicated my life and career to this work. It’s why I created Sincerely Sage, a brand that nourishes both the spirit and the body, offering  services that encourage healing, self-discovery, and balance. Every purchase made through Sincerely Sage directly supports this foundation, allowing us to uplift more women, guiding them toward the life they were meant to live.
